Who we are
This website is run by Bar La Nuova Albicocca S.a.s. di Yang Yunmei & C. (VAT no. 03945560245), Viale Jacopo dal Verme 189, 36100 Vicenza, Italy, which shares its premises with licensed tobacconist no. 98. It is the data controller. For any privacy request, email tbaralbicocca@gmail.com, call us or message us on WhatsApp at +39 0444 020881, or talk to us in store.
What data we collect
This website has no forms, accounts or newsletters and does not ask for personal data. We use no profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools.
Technical browsing data
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), which processes on our behalf the technical data needed to show you the pages and protect them from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This data stays in the server logs only as long as strictly necessary. Transfers to the United States rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
Language preference
If you choose Italian or English, or close the language notice, the website saves that choice in your browser's storage (localStorage) so it does not ask again. It is technical information that stays on your device, is not sent to us and needs no consent. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.
Fonts, images and map
Fonts, images and the map are hosted on our own website: opening the pages does not connect you to Google or other external services. The map comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors).
Links to external services
Some buttons take you to third-party services: Google Maps (directions and reviews), WhatsApp and your phone. When you use them, their own privacy notices apply. If you message us on WhatsApp, we use your number and messages only to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), never for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, or object to its processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). If you believe your data is handled improperly, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
